Task

The idea was to expand communication among the registered user with timely updates, services and special offers. Creating content that is consistently engaging and well-formatted across various devices and email clients.

Goals

The end goal was to craft visually appealing, informative, more effective at engaging and drives clicks to Vauld’s website. This often involves optimizing subject lines and delivery times to encourage more recipients to open and read the newsletters.

The challenges to expanding the reach and impact of the communication. Ensuring that newsletters are delivered to the recipient's inbox and not marked as spam can be a challenge.

Design story in 4 phases

How we turned passive glances into engaged readers.
I was the sole designer on the project and handled everything from start to finish along with other people. Not just pixels on a screen, we weave stories that spark hearts and minds. We craft visuals and words that turn passive readers into engaged communities.

Wireframe

Created initial low-fidelity sketches and detailed wireframes to verify the suitability of a grid layout, a clear content hierarchy with primary and secondary information, and a user-friendly structure.

We opted for a consumer type single-column layout, this focused format guides viewers' eyes down a clear path through your message, one element at a time. It's like having a one-on-one conversation with user with fewer distractions.

Style Guide

We included font for headings and titles. Despite the usual practice of maintaining a single typeface, the decision was made to ensure both prominence and uniform alignment. This deliberate use of a distinct font adds visual appeal.

Conclusion

I’m very happy with the finished designs. Even though it involved countless iterations. Since we were not redesigning anything it was for the first time from scratch.

My gratitude extends to our talented content writers who laid the foundation, invaluable contributions of our developers who brought it to life, and finally, a special thanks to the Director of Product who provided visionary leadership and unwavering support throughout this project.
